1. prepare a cylinder that can roll out ( such as a rolling pin )
2. gently roll down the lower leg to relieve the pain from the top down. 
3. make a thorough beating on the lower leg to withstand the appropriate bearing! 
4. roll out the legs a few times! 
5. repeat the above operation for another leg! 
Tip: stick to do once a day, soon the calf will be soft, thin, acid and pain disappear
