Function: regulate shoulder periarthritis, shoulder joint problem
Methods: 1. feet separate, naturally standing
2. bend the arm and lift it in front of the chest, parallel to the chest
3. the forearm is weak, and the whole arm is moved backward, and the elbow strikes the movement
4. can be operated at any time
Tip: beginners can be slow to fast, strength from light to heavy step exercise
